Circle App is operated by KEREM KARŞILIKLI ŞAHIS ŞİRKETİ ("Company").
Circle App is a closed-circle social marketplace where users can share new or second-hand products only with their friends. The application matches contacts from the user's phonebook to enable such sharing.
To use Circle App, users must download the app and create an account. During registration, users may be asked to provide name, phone number, email, and other necessary identification.
Users declare that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. The Company may suspend or delete accounts that provide misleading information.
Circle App requires access to the phone's address book to identify and match friends. This access is used solely for:

Users agree that the content they share (photos, descriptions, prices, etc.) complies with applicable law, public morality, personality rights, and copyrights. Users must not:

Circle App facilitates product listing and communication between users. The Company:
Payments, actions, and agreements between users are their sole responsibility.
The Circle App brand, logo, software, database, and design belong to KEREM KARŞILIKLI ŞAHIS ŞİRKETİ. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercialize these assets.
Content shared by users (product photos, descriptions) remains the property of the user; however, the Company has the right to display such content within the app.
Users' personal data is protected under KVKK. The Company stores data securely and processes it only to provide services. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy & KVKK Disclosure.
Users may delete their accounts at any time. The Company may suspend or delete accounts in cases of:
Personal data is anonymized or destroyed upon account deletion.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Circle App. Users accept that the Company is not liable for data loss, technical failures, or connectivity issues.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when published. Users who do not accept the updated terms may delete their accounts.
These Terms are governed by Turkish Law. In case of dispute, Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
